Ephrem Mekuria is a well-experienced practitioner and professional in various fields, including procurement, human resources, engineering, banking, business development, and communication, for more than 22 years. He works for Ethiopia's largest commercial bank, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, in a variety of leadership roles ranging from manager to director to vice president. He is now Vice President for Human Resources at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. He is also leading the First Skyscraper Building Project of the Ethiopian Nation successfully and recognized his contribution in front of the nation in the presence of the Prime Minster of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Ephrem is a lecturer at various universities in the fields of entrepreneurship, economics, human resources, procurement, and small business management. He received his first degree in economics from Addis Ababa University in 2006. And he received his second degree, an MBA in International Business, from Greenwich University in London, UK in 2016. More importantly, he serves as a board member for various organizations.
Selam Abraham Kassa (PhD)

Selam Abraham is an experienced researcher who has been engaging with various stakeholders in the Ethiopian legal system and beyond. She has over 14 years of experience in conducting empirical research as well as coordinating and supervising research projects. Selam is currently the Ethiopia Country Lead for the Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI) at Development Gateway: An IREX Venture. The project is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It is focused on addressing and filling gaps in tobacco control data to inform decision making and health policy. Selam received her LL.B from Mekelle University, her Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Environmental Law from the University of Alabama and she obtained her PhD from the University of Amsterdam in 2020. Her doctoral research, titled ‘Managing Land Conflicts in Plural Societies: Intergroup Land Governance in Ethiopia,’ focuses on drivers of land related conflicts (political, economic, demographic, environmental and socio-cultural drivers), actors in conflict as well as institutions and instruments engaged in land conflict management processes.
Nathnael Teshome Tibeso

Mr. Nathnael Teshome is an individual who believes and practices the abundance of the universe by promoting an open mind-set and enthusiasm. Mr. Nathnael Teshome has been operational since December, 2012 in the banking industry in different positions as Customer Service Officer, Banking Business Officer, senior customer service accountant, manager sales, customer service manager, banking operations manager, and branch manager for the last ten years. Moreover, Mr. Nathnael Teshome took more than 50 training courses. He received a Master’s Degree in marketing management from Saint Merry University, a B.A. Degree in Accounting and Finance from Ambo University, and many other certificates of recognition for participating in voluntary activities and duties.
Dereje Mulat Belete

Mr. Dereje Mulat has vast experience of teaching young children, training employees, directing at different level while working as a teacher from 2008 to 2012 and as school Principal from 2012 to August 2022 respectively. He has also played a great role in the school expansion program and introducing new technology to the school community, hosting and organizing different events and training sessions. Upgrading and updating the school curriculum with the management teams has also given him the chance to gain a lot of experience. On top of the aforementioned tasks, Mr. Dereje has also worked as sports show host and producer at Afro FM 105.3 and EBC 104.7 FM [In English, which again gave him the opportunity to meet and work with many people in the sports, Business and Marketing fields. Mr. Dereje's field of studies are B.ed. in Mathematics (From Bahir Dar University), BA in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (From A.A. University), and also an MA in Marketing from St. Merry University.
